Merle Goff

Merle Goff passed away 10 years ago today. He is pictured with his beautiful wife Billie Gail and I know he would like that. He was a proven master salesman and pool player. He would do anything for his family. He was a great Dad who is always alive in a lot of great memories. Miss you a lot, Dad.

Books for Bulldogs: When the Storybook Christmas organization was forced to disband after losing its storage space at the former Waco Tribune-Herald building, schools across the county were left to fill the void and find a way to supply their students with a book of their own. In McGregor, the newly organized Parent Teacher Organization recognized the need and worked to continue the book-giving tradition. This year, sponsors donated funds to provide books to every student at McGregor Primary and McGregor Elementary. Volunteers read to the students, and students were able to select a book of their own to take home and share with their families. MISD Photo
