PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the McGregor Historic Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 6, 2023, beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, and the City Council of the City of McGregor will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 13, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., located at 302 S. Madison Street (North Entrance), McGregor, Texas to consider the following agenda items. Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown in the meeting notice.

1. Regarding Application for Certificate of Appropriateness for construction of an open-air pavilion at 200 S Main Street.

2. Regarding Application for Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior remodel of 405 W 4th Street.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend the Public Hearing to express comments regarding this amendment. If you cannot attend, you may submit comments in writing prior to the Public Hearing to the following:
