Funeral services for Ret. CPT (Rev) William Arthur Forbes Jr., 82 of Copperas Cove, Texas, will be held Saturday, August 13, 2022, at noon at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church in McGregor.

Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service (10 a.m. to noon) at the church. Burial with full military honors will be held Monday, August 15, 2022, at 11 a.m. at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, TX.

Reverend Forbes passed away August 6, 2022, in Killeen. He was born July 13, 1940, in New Bern, NC.
