Carolyn Scott

Carolyn Mae (Hennig) Scott was born May 11, 1938, in Coryell City to August Herbert and Agnes  Lillian (Mueller) Hennig.  She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith at St. John Lutheran Church in Coryell  City.

She married her High School sweetheart, Clarence Scott, on December 8, 1956, at St. John Lutheran Church.

After marriage, she became a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, where she was a devoted Christian and dedicated her life to her church and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, August Herbert and Lillian (Mueller) Hennig; sisters, Florene Westerfield, Leola Shoaf, Viola Truss, and Marilyn Lippe. 

She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Clarence Scott; three daughters, Teresa Dorris and husband David, Tammy Luedeker and husband Jeff, Donna Bullard and husband Daryle, and son Randall Scott, all of Crawford; grandchildren Tobi Cambell and husband Matt, Sunny Ellis and husband Travis, Troy Luedeker, Savannah Dorris, Ryan Scott, Luke Scott and Derek Bullard; great-grandkids Macy Cambell, Saylor Ellis, Maddox Cambell and Hudson Ellis; and many nieces and nephews and all she claimed as her own.
