Victoria Rheanne Valdez, 27, of McGregor, Texas, passed away on May 25, 2025. Born on February 13, 1997, in Waco, Texas, Victoria was a lifelong resident of McGregor and a proud graduate of McGregor High School. Known for her quick wit and infectious humor, she was voted “Class Clown” and poured her heart into playing softball, a sport she loved with unwavering passion throughout her school years.
After high school, Victoria joined her parents’ FedEx business, where she quickly proved herself to be a natural leader. She was a thoughtful, fearless boss - hardworking, deeply dedicated, and respected by her team. It was often noted that she made a difficult job look easy, leading with strength, grace, and a rare ability to bring people together. Her coworkers admired her compassion and the way she led with both heart and humor.
A natural people person, Victoria never met a stranger, always greeting others with a big, toothy smile and a sparkle in her eye. She embraced life fully: bold, daring, and unafraid to be herself. Her vibrant spirit showed in everything she did, from the way she dressed to the laughter that poured out of her. Victoria loved to have fun, play video games, and live every day with an adventurous soul and a servant’s heart.
She is survived by her loving parents, Ray and Tammy Valdez; her sister, Bella Valdez, and brother-in-law, Caleb Cervenka; her brothers, Ray Ray Valdez and Marcos Valdez; and her paternal grandparents, Raymundo and Martha Valdez. She is also survived by her aunts, Lydia Ford, Lavinia Valdez, Irma Valdez, and Jamie Jenson; her uncles, Tony Diaz, Cesar Valdez, and Paul Weiss; her cousins, Lillie Carrizales and Jonas Bradshaw; as well as numerous other cousins, extended family members, and friends who loved her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Bill and Marsha Weiss; her great-grandmother, Lillie Weiss; her cousins, Justin Kruger and Marshal Shoesmith; and her uncle, Jason Ford.
